Before you order

Four things to round up.

None of it has to be tidy. Send duplicates, blurry ones, the whole camera roll — we sort, order and choose. The only thing worth doing properly is asking the family early, because that is the part that takes a fortnight.

The photographs

Lofts, albums, phones. Scan what is on paper — a phone camera in good light is plenty — and send the lot.

The messages

Ask the family for a line each. We set them into the film as titles, or as video messages on Showstopper.

The music

The song that was playing when they met, or the one they will not stop singing. Licensed library music included free.

The secret

Your order link is private and nothing is ever sent to them. Collect it all quietly and hand it over on the night.

Good to know

The questions we are always asked.

The party is in ten days.: Add rush delivery at checkout — 3–4 working days rather than two weeks. Tell us the party date and we will work to it.
Half the photographs are prints in an album.: Photograph them with your phone in daylight, flat on a table, no flash. That is genuinely good enough and we clean them up.
Can family send things straight to you?: Yes. Forward them your private upload link and they can add photographs and messages themselves — it is the easiest way to collect from a big family.
Will they find out?: Not from us. Nothing is posted publicly and we never contact the person the film is about.
