How many photos can I include?

It depends on the package: Bronze up to 30 photos, Silver up to 60, Gold up to 100 and Platinum is unlimited. We'll always guide you on the ideal number for the length of music you choose.

Can I choose my own music?

Absolutely. You are welcome to send us any songs that were meaningful, and we will edit your tribute to the exact length and timing of your chosen track. If you'd prefer suggestions, we curate a library of tasteful, licence-friendly pieces and will happily recommend something suitable.

Will my chosen song be included in the finished video?

Commercial recordings are protected by copyright and we are not licensed to distribute them, so your finished tribute is supplied without a commercial song attached. In practice this is straightforward, and it is how most services already run: because we edit the film to the exact timing of your chosen track, whoever is playing the tribute on the day — the crematorium, church or venue — simply cues the music alongside it. Venues do this routinely and hold the licences for it. It also means your film can be shared online without being muted or removed. If you would rather the film carried its own soundtrack, we can include a licensed piece from our library at no extra cost, and if you would like your own chosen recording on a private copy for the family, please ask and we will talk it through with you.

Can you scan printed photographs?

Yes — professional scanning is available as an optional add-on with any package. Tell us what you have when you order and we will confirm the cost before starting.

How quickly can you deliver?

Standard delivery is 2 weeks on every package, Bronze to Platinum. If the service is sooner than that, rush delivery in 3–4 working days can be added to any package when you place your order — £30 on Bronze, £40 Silver, £50 Gold and £60 Platinum. It is a tickbox at checkout, so there is no need to ring ahead.

Can changes be made after the first edit?

Yes. Family revisions are included on Gold and Platinum, and available on Bronze and Silver on request.

Yes. Our films are delivered in HD MP4 and are compatible with virtually every chapel, crematorium and venue AV system across the UK.

Will I receive a downloadable copy?

Yes — every tribute is delivered as an HD digital download. It is yours to keep, copy and share with family and friends however you wish.

What is an Order of Service booklet?

It's the printed booklet handed to guests at a funeral or memorial, setting out the running order of the service alongside hymns, readings, poems and photographs. It becomes a keepsake many families treasure long afterwards.

How many pages and copies are included?

Simple includes up to 4 sides and 25 copies, Standard up to 8 pages and 50 copies, and Premium up to 12 pages and 100 copies. If you need a different quantity, just let us know and we'll arrange it.

Can I include photographs?

Yes. Every package includes a photo cover, and the Standard and Premium booklets can feature photographs throughout — with a dedicated photo montage page on Premium.

How do I provide the hymns, readings and order of the service?

After ordering you'll get a private page where you can type the hymns, readings and full running order, and upload any photos or documents. You can add to it at your own pace — nothing has to be finished in one sitting.

Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

Always. We design your booklet and send a PDF proof for you to check every detail — names, dates, spellings and the order of the service — before it goes anywhere near a printer.

Can I request changes to the proof?

Yes. Standard includes a round of revisions and Premium includes unlimited revisions. We'll keep refining the design until you're completely happy and give your final approval.

How quickly can you turn an Order of Service around?

Timescales depend on how quickly the wording and proof are approved. When time is short, we offer a priority 24–48 hour turnaround for a small additional charge, which you can add when you place your order.

What happens once I approve the proof?

As soon as you approve, we prepare the print-ready file and produce your copies so they're ready in good time for the service. You'll also receive a copy of the final PDF for your own records.

How are the keepsakes personalised?

Each piece is engraved or printed to order with the wording you choose. On most items you can see a live preview of your exact wording on the product page before you add it to the basket.

How long do keepsakes take to arrive?

Each product page shows its own making time, which is typically a few working days plus delivery. They are made and posted from the UK.
