Information we collect
We collect information you provide when placing an order, uploading photographs, contacting us or subscribing to updates. This may include your name, contact details, service dates and the media you upload.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to deliver our services — memorial tribute films and printed funeral Order of Service stationery — to communicate with you about your order, and to improve our website. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") purely to operate our service: Supabase (secure database and file storage), Resend (order emails), Cloudflare (website hosting), and — for printed Order of Service orders — our trade print partner, to whom we send only the finalised, print-ready artwork you have approved. Each processes your data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms.
Uploaded media & retention
Photographs, video clips and documents uploaded to our secure system are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are accessible only via private, expiring links. We retain your order and its files only for as long as needed to complete and deliver your project, plus a short archival period — after which completed and delivered orders, and all their files, are automatically and permanently deleted (currently after 90 days). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion ("erasure") of your personal information. We can permanently erase an order and all associated files on request. Contact us at everlastingmemoriesvisuals@gmail.com for any privacy request.
