How does it work, start to finish?

Choose a package and pay, and we email you a private link — no account, no password. On that page you upload your photographs, video clips and music, and tell us anything we should know. We edit the film by hand and send you a draft to watch. Once you are happy, the finished HD file is yours to download and keep.

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Your order has its own private web address, and that link is your way back in. Bookmark it. You can add photographs and change details at any time, and so can anyone else you forward it to.

How long does it take?

Two weeks as standard on every film we make. If you need it sooner, rush delivery in 3–4 working days is a tickbox when you order — the surcharge depends on the package, and it is shown before you pay.

How do I get my photographs to you?

Accepted Answer

Drag and drop them onto your order page from a phone, tablet or computer. Send the folder exactly as it is: unsorted, duplicates and all. Working out what to use and what order to tell it in is the job.

What do I actually receive at the end?

A plain HD video file, downloaded from your order page. It is yours to keep, copy, share and play anywhere — there is no app, and no link that expires.

Can I use a particular song?

Commercial recordings are protected by copyright and we are not licensed to distribute them, so your finished film is supplied with a licensed piece from our own library instead — included at no extra cost and chosen to fit the mood and the timing. If you would like your own chosen recording on a private copy for the family, please ask and we will talk it through with you.

Why does that matter?

It means your film can be shared online, sent to relatives and played anywhere without being muted or taken down. Where the film is being played at a venue, we edit to the exact timing of your chosen track so the venue can cue their own copy alongside it — they do this routinely and hold the licences for it.

Question 8

How do I pay?

By card at checkout, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You pay when you place the order, and the private upload link is emailed to you straight afterwards.

Question 9

What happens to my photographs?

They are stored privately against your order and used only to make your film. They are never published, never sold, and never used as examples without asking you first.

Question 10

Can I order a gift on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The keepsakes and gifts are a separate shop with their own basket and checkout — you do not need to order a film to buy one. Each section has its own range.

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

We work across the whole of the United Kingdom. Everything is handled online and by phone, so where you are makes no difference to what we can do.
